How to download and use signature for add signature in Lotus Note
The first you must open web browser and then you can input this address http://cootel.com.kh/signature/ for download signature.
Please Input the User name : siteadmin and Password: siteadmin!QAZ in Authentication Required dialogue box as below :
After you logged in successful you can see a dialogue as below :
Must download your file (Signature) from http://cootel.com.kh/signature/
Example : Download file (Phann Da.exe)
Click On Open and then Extract or Install your signature file download
Open Lotus Notes -> Tool->Preferences…
Go to Signature then select option “HTML or Image File“-> Browse
Browse to folder that stored your name -> Open and then select File name “Index.html”
Example : C:\Users\phannda\AppData\Local\Lotus\Notes\Data\Phann Da
Select option “Automatically append a signature ……. ” -> Click “OK”
Click on “New Memo”
Finally you can see a figure as below :
