IT Technical Support (Phnom Penh & Sihanoukville)

Job Description

To prepare daily, weekly, and Monthly report in term of customer maintenance and installation
To arrange work for fiber zone as daily activity
To coordinate with fiber zone in term of daily report
To check the OA system to close the new customer installation
To check complaint ticket and close the ticket for customer with maintenance
Can work as OT at night time sift to support / troubleshooting urgent customer
To configuration switch , router for customer
Support technical


Requirement

Bachelor degree of IT or relative field
Have experience relate with IT
At least working with ISP company and telecommunication sector at least 1 year
Understand about configuration switch / Router
can speak Chinese be considered
Good looks, friendly, polite and positive attitude.
