IT (Technical Support) Bavet & SHV

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Check with update with customer complaint and pass to related team.
  • Confirm and verify the problem with customer
  • Support and remote to check configuration on customer’s router
  • Support fiber trouble shoot team to check the customer problem during they are fixing
  • Work with fiber team to check and follow up customer pending
  • Check and verify the customer’s connection after they fixed
  • Process record and keep update the daily fiber customer complaint.
  • Make the weekly report then send to management.
  • Other task assign by manager
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Have work experience with IT technical support or relative skill with ISP company
  • Can communication in english and chinese is plus
  • Chinese speaking is priority
  • Be able to work at Bavet and Sihanouk Ville
