IT (Technical Support)

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To prepare daily, weekly, and Monthly report in term of customer maintenance and installation
  •  To arrange work for fiber zone as daily activity
  • To coordinate with fiber zone in term of daily report
  • To check the OA system to close the new customer installation
  • To check complaint ticket and close the ticket for customer with maintenance
  • Can work as OT at night time sift to support / troubleshooting urgent customer
  • To configuration switch , router for customer
  • Support technical
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree of IT or relative field
  • Have experience relate with IT
  • At least working with ISP company and telecommunication sector at least 1 year
  • Understand about configuration switch / Router
  • can speak Chinese be considered
  • Good looks, friendly, polite and positive attitude.
