HR Assistant (Chinese Speaking)

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the entire recruitment process (drafting job descriptions, advertising, selection, interview arrangements, screening, summarizing results, etc);
  • Maintain the personnel filing system and ensure they are managed in line with internal policies;
  • Manage the leave records and attendant for all employees;
  • Provide monthly reports as required
  • Another task assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree of management or other related fields
  • Good communications skills in spoken and written English (Chinese is plus)
  • Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible;
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Chinese speaking is priority
