HR Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBLEs
Assist with the entire recruitment process (drafting job descriptions, advertising, selection, interview arrangements, screening, summarizing results, etc);
Maintain the personnel filing system and ensure they are managed in line with internal policies;
Manage the leave records and attendant for all employees;
Provide monthly reports as required
Another task assigned by manager
JOB REQUIREMENTs
Bachelor degree of management or other related fields
Good communications skills in spoken and written English;
Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible;
Good organization and planning skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
