Customer Service Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide general service to walk-in customers and sell
  • Provide general information to customer
  • Verify and register package for customer
  • Solve complain from customer
  • Sell Terminal, devices, ISP to customer
  • Support and provide information for all branches and HQ office
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree of management or relative field
  • Have experience relate with customer service
  • Have computer skill Ms. Office
  • Be able to speak English (Chinese is plus)
  • Good looks, friendly, polite and positive attitude.
