Customer Service Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide general service to walk-in customers and sell
- Provide general information to customer
- Verify and register package for customer
- Solve complain from customer
- Sell Terminal, devices, ISP to customer
- Support and provide information for all branches and HQ office
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of management or relative field
- Have experience relate with customer service
- Have computer skill Ms. Office
- Be able to speak English (Chinese is plus)
- Good looks, friendly, polite and positive attitude.
