Job Description 

– Multitasking (HR, Accounting Assist and so on)
– Scanning, Photocopying, Printing, Binding Documents
– Booking Restaurant, Hotel, Car and Flight
– Purchase and Maintain office supplies, equipment and Control stocks
– Other administrative tasks such as staff attendance, staff movement, staff safety
– Job Posting, Required Documents Preparation
– Related Job with the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Immigration including translation
– Assists with various events when required.

Job Requirement 

– University with English, Business administration
– Experience is preferred
– Good computer literacy essential (MS Word/Excel/Power Point)
– Good communication skills and command of spoken English
– Kindly with partner conversation
– Hardworking and High job responsibility
– Able to work under pressure
– Proactive, Flexible and Positive
