Administration Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and work closely with relevant governmental institutions and internal departments to obtain and provide all kinds of necessary applications, announcements, and other official letters to fulfill Cambodian’s legal administrative obligations required by relating government.
  • Prepare and schedule important meeting for management and related team.
  • Process documents, request application, authorize letter ..etc. to each relevant team requested.
  • Document translation.
  • Process documents, request application, authorize etc. to relevant ministry (MEF, GDT, TRC, MPTC, MoInfo..etc).
  • Control over the elevator maintenance and support in other maintenance services.
  • Purchase coomart stuff as required by the relevant dept. and other branches
  • Support in vehicle control, maintenance, vehicle annual check.
  • Management assigned work.
Job Requirements:
  • At Least Bachelor degree in Business Administration
  • Having at least 1 year of working experience in administration
  • Having good communication skill and management skill
  • Can work under pressure
  • Be able to speak/read Chinese (Priority)
  • Be able to read/write/speak English
  • Be hard working, flexible and commitment to work
