Top Up via Prasac Microfinance Institution

1. Go to Prasac Microfinance Institution and tell the banker the amount to top up.
2. After paying the amount, you will get PIN to top up your phone. 

Top Up via Prasac ATM

1. Insert your card in ATM.
2. Please enter your PIN.
3. Select a transaction, Mobile Top Up.
4. Select a company, (Cootel).
5. Please enter amount.
6. Would you like another transaction?
7. Please take your card and receipt.
8. You will receive PIN to top up your phone.

Use the PIN to top up:

• To topup your phone, CooBill --> Self topup --> From topup card, enter PIN, press "OK"
• To topup another phone, CooBill --> Other topup --> From topup card, enter telephone number, user name and PIN, press "OK"
• You will receive a message in your phone to comfirm toping up successfully.
