Top-up using CooTel scratchcards

Get them from CooTel locations, dealers and convenience stores.

Topup scratchcard instructions

• Scratch to see the passcode.
• To top up your phone, CooBill --> Self topup --> From topup card, enter passcode, press "OK"
• To topup another phone, CooBill --> Other topup --> From topup card, enter telephone number, user name and passcode, press "OK"
• Dial 038 338 3000 --> Select language --> Press "1" --> Enter telephone number followed by # --> Enter the passcode followed by #
• You will receive a message in your phone to comfirm toping up successfully.
